Secretaria da Mulher realiza Dia de Beleza voltado a protetoras de pets nesta segunda-feira (8)

A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Mulher (Semul), realizou, na tarde desta segunda-feira (8), uma nova edição do Dia de Beleza, desta vez com foco no atendimento de protetoras de animais e mães de pet. Em geral, são mulheres abnegadas, que passam boa parte de seu tempo envolvidas com o acolhimento e cuidados dos animaizinhos de estimação, muitas vezes, colocando-se em segundo plano e deixando de dar atenção a si próprias. O objetivo, portanto, foi proporcionar a essas pessoas, tão dedicadas à causa animal, um momento especial em suas vidas.

“Nós sabemos que esse público é formado, em sua maioria, por mulheres que doam de si muito além do seu tempo, para cuidar, resgatar e proteger os animais. Então, essa foi uma demanda apresentada para a Secretaria da Mulher pela vereadora Jussara, e nós abraçamos essa causa, com o intuito de oferecer a essas mulheres uma tarde agradável, cheia de cuidados voltados para elas e com bastante informação, sobre prevenção do câncer de mama, vacinação HPV e, aproveitando que estamos no mês do dezembro vermelho, falamos também sobre a prevenção ao HIV, combate à violência doméstica e informações de saúde como um todo”, disse a secretária da Mulher, Rosangela Perecini.

Também a parceria com a marca Leternité permitiu falar sobre a importância de cuidar da pele com produtos de proteção solar.

Além das protetoras de animais, o evento contou com a presença encantadora de várias princesa mirins, que representam nossa cidade em concursos de beleza.

E, para as mulheres participantes, logicamente, este foi um dia para cuidar da própria beleza e de elevar a autoestima. “Porque para cuidar do outro, incluindo os pets, que elas amam tanto, também é preciso, antes, amar a si mesmas”, concluiu a secretária Rosangela.

As participantes aprovaram a iniciativa. “Fiquei muito feliz em poder sair um pouco da rotina, porque o dia a dia é tão corrido que a gente não tem tempo de se cuidar. Aqui eu pude fazer o cabelo, maquiagem e, só com essa atenção e cuidados para a gente lembrar que também é mulher”, disse Janaíne.

“Eu vivo no sítio e cuido, todo dia, de cavalos, de gado, de porcos, não tenho tempo de cuidar de mim. Aqui eu me senti especial, foi um dia diferente, gostei muito”, contou Joice.
